Neuropsychological assessments using standardized testing measures can help determine whether memory problems are due to the normal processes of aging, or reflect changes beyond that expected from age.

If a problem is detected in assessment, often testing can indicate the most likely cause of the problem. For example, to differentiate between memory issues due to Alzheimer's Disease changes, vs. vascular, frontotemporal, or Lewy Body changes.

Assessments are completed in person and take approximately two hours. Most people find the process interesting and every measure is taken to make the process comfortable for clients.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, masks are worn by the examinee and examiner. Dr. Kalill's office is equipped with air purifiers, a rotating fan, and an open window.
